Reason for event: Getting the team back together post lockdown.
The BRIEF: Our client KPMG wanted a fun bonding event to welcome the team back to the office after working from home for over 18 months. KPMG wanted an outdoor, inclusive activity to run weekly for one of their larger departments. They approached the Big Smoke Events team and asked if there was anything we could possibly do, and with that brief of course we said yes.
The SOLUTION: We ran a weekly scavenger hunt for groups of 30-50 people. The scavenger hunt was outdoors which made it more inclusive for anyone worried about covid. The event lasted 3 hours and really got people out and about and most importantly having fun. Many of the team had not med each other previously so it was a great opportunity to bring the team back together encouraging them to break the boundaries and build stronger connections with other individuals and especially new starters.
The RESULT: After the time away from the office it was clear everyone was up for a laugh and keen to get to know each other better. Our client was very pleased with the result – and everyone had a great time! 5* Reviewed 🙂
