The BRIEF: HAVAS recently contacted us looking for a fun and unique event for their summer party. Having previously booked our Scavenger Hunt, HAVAS was keen to take a unique approach to entertain its 50 employees. They wanted something different, exciting, and challenging.
The SOLUTION: We created a Big Smoke Magic Bingo Challenge event that ticked all the boxes for Havas. It offered a fresh, fun, and engaging event. Employees competed against each other in a game of bingo … but not as they know it. They were tasked with watching a fast-paced magic show while also marking off words and items from a bingo card that correlated to what they were seeing. We incorporated fun personalised challenges for employees to complete in between each round.
This challenged their observation skills, quick thinking, and creativity.
The RESULT: This event was fun, mesmerising, and exhilarating but it also encouraged creativity and competitiveness. Taking place at the end of the working day, it allowed staff to relax and get into the spirit of the event. Despite the nature of the event creating personal challenges and winners, it also brought everyone together.
Points were rewarded for creativity which meant people could take different tactics to complete challenges. This provided a unique team bonding experience.
