Osea Island Two-Day Offsite
Elmwood hosted their summer offsite on Osea Island-a remote private island accessible only when the tide is out. We had a tight four-hour window to cross the causeway, deliver the session and leave before the sea covered the road again.
We built a personalised scavenger hunt around their “Under The (O)Sea” theme, complete with sea-creature team identities and full fancy-dress commitment. Teams explored the island solving riddles, cracking clues and creating hilarious photo evidence.
At the end, we built a live event screen presentation of the best photos-huge reactions, shared laughter and a standout bonding moment.
