Reason for event: Graduate Induction
The BRIEF: The client, Beefeater Gin, were looking for a different way to introduce their new graduates into the company. They wanted the graduates to get to know one another, to meet other employees and to become fully immersed in the brand in a fun an engaging way. Beefeater Gin reached out to the Big Smoke Events to seek a personalised scavenger hunt for this particular event.
The SOLUTION: We provided just the thing Beefeater Gin were looking for. We created a bespoke scavenger hunt that instantly broke the ice and welcomed the new graduates into the team, as they were thrown into unique challenges that got everyone laughing. Each challenge was specifically designed around the Beefeater brand values, quizzing the graduates on their current knowledge and cementing them in their minds.
The RESULT: Our scavenger hunt provided the client with a platform for memories to be made and stories to be shared across the office. It created an inclusive atmosphere which is invaluable to the new graduates starting. Whilst showing the possible rewards they could receive from working hard at such an impressive company. Our event proved a great way to introduce new people into the team.
This fully bespoke event was playful, competitive & ticked all the boxes of the brief.
