How Agilio Software Used Giant Jenga to Energise Their Away Day
When Agilio Software planned their multi-day team away event in Crewe, they wanted an activity that would inject energy, laughter, and a bit of healthy competition into the day.
Our events team travelled up with four Giant Jenga towers, setting up a high-energy challenge that split the group into eight teams — two per tower — each with their own dedicated host to keep the momentum going.
As the games unfolded, the atmosphere quickly turned electric. Towers toppled, cheers erupted, and laughter filled the room as teams encouraged (and occasionally teased) one another. The format kept everyone engaged, moving, and talking — exactly the boost the day needed.
The result?
A simple yet powerful activity that lifted the room’s mood, brought teams together, and became the main talking point for the rest of the event.
