How Airtable Celebrated Sales Success with a Bespoke Office Crazy Golf Challenge
Global AI app-building company Airtable invited Big Smoke Events to deliver a Crazy Golf Challenge Show in their spacious 5th-floor London office – a high-energy, end-of-year celebration to mark their sales team’s success in hitting annual targets.
Our team designed and installed a bespoke 9-hole course, creatively using the existing office architecture to shape each hole and enhance the experience. The setup transformed their workspace into a fun, competitive environment that felt both fresh and familiar.
Thirty Airtable team members competed in pairs, enjoying a lively mix of friendly rivalry, laughter, and plenty of cheering. Each hole also featured personalised trivia questions about Airtable – from “In what year was Airtable founded?” to “How many people are currently employed worldwide?” – adding an extra layer of connection and fun.
The result? A unique, laughter-filled event that perfectly balanced play and celebration, turning an ordinary office floor into a memorable team experience.
