How Agilio Software Brought Their Teams Together with The Horse Racing Challenge
Agilio Software hosted At The Races for 110 colleagues as part of a company-wide celebration, creating a lively, laughter-filled evening that blended friendly competition with team spirit.
Split into 22 teams of five, participants threw themselves into the action – placing bets, cheering for their horses, and celebrating every win in true racetrack fashion. To make things even more competitive, each team named their horse after a different department, sparking plenty of friendly rivalry and good-natured banter.
With a professional MC and six thrilling races, the event delivered the perfect balance of excitement, laughter, and social connection.

A high-energy, fully interactive evening that had everyone laughing, bonding, and rooting for their team to take the trophy – an unforgettable highlight of their event calendar.
