When Softonic planned their September team-building day for over 100 participants, they wanted something that went beyond the usual — an experience that encouraged real, face-to-face connection and collaboration across departments.
Our creative team designed a bespoke trivia quiz with a dynamic format that kept everyone laughing, chatting, and competing from start to finish. Small, mixed teams were formed to maximise interaction, and the rounds featured personalised company trivia, creative challenges, and surprise moments that got the whole room involved.
As the quiz unfolded, the atmosphere built into a lively mix of laughter, cheering, and friendly rivalry — with a highlight coming during the music round, when a spontaneous singalong broke out to the Argentina national anthem!
