How Kraft Heinz United 100+ Global Colleagues Across 11 Time Zones with a Bespoke Virtual Quiz
Kraft Heinz’s global legal team wanted a fun, inclusive way to connect colleagues across multiple continents. We partnered with them to deliver a personalised virtual quiz that brought together over 100 participants from 11 different time zones – all live on Zoom.
Our first challenge was scheduling a time that worked worldwide. Once confirmed, we built a five-round quiz filled with company trivia, team insights, and engaging general knowledge questions that encouraged connection and conversation.
Each round made participants feel seen and part of something shared – an important goal for global teams who can’t connect in person.
