How NEOS Networks Brought Their Remote Teams Together With The Virtual Ping Pong Challenge Show

NEOS Networks, a leading B2B telecoms company, wanted a fun, active and inclusive team event to connect their remote teams across the UK and Europe. They chose The Virtual Ping Pong Challenge Show for its unique twist on a universally loved game and the ability to send Instant Ping Pong Kits to participants’ homes and office spaces in advance, creating a truly one-of-a-kind team-building experience.

The 45-minute show was hosted live on Zoom by Ade Leigh (Ping Pong Fight Club) and featured five rounds of lively, interactive ping pong-inspired challenges including Paddle Pong, Kitchen Pong, Music Pong and even Netball Pong! With plenty of upbeat banter and friendly competition, everyone felt part of the action from start to finish.

The show also included personalised trivia and mystery rounds created specifically for NEOS Networks, adding a bespoke touch that kept everyone engaged and entertained.

Throughout the event, team scores were uploaded via our mobile Ping Pong Challenge App, with positions displayed in real time on the tournament leader board.

Big Smoke Medals were later sent to the winning teams, and bonus points were awarded for the best team attire – adding plenty of laughter and personality to the experience.
